Hihi (Stitchbird) and Yellowhammers Original

Sam Clark

$1,600.00

This original watercolour and ink work is the first in my new series concept of Native vs Introduced species in New Zealand. The Hihi is now only surviving on offshore islands, while the introduced Yellowhammers are a common sight on the New Zealand landscape. The Kowhai tree is a native that also has to compete with exotic introduced species.

Size: 30 x 42 cm
