SOLD! My Original 'Searching for silver' framed original depicting Silvereye's (also called Waxeyes) in a native Puriri tree. The Maori name for these birds is Tauhou which means stranger, as these birds self introduced themselves from Australia in the 1850's. It is now one of New Zealands most common birds. Was selected for exhibition at the 2008 Molly Morpeth Art awards and has been in my family collection since then.
The medium is Ink, graphite and Polychromos pencil, the dimensions are:
